Gorgeous scenery around the hotel, with a lake nearby to relax. Most staff members were very friendly and provided a good service. The room was comfortable and spacious, with nice views from the window. The hot springs are a perfect way to relax and unwind after hiking for the day. The complimentary bicycles were a big plus to explore the area.

I found the communication to be a little tricky due to the language barrier, which resulted in some misunderstandings. It was difficult to understand local transportation and nearby shops, making it hard to get around without a car.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location near a beautiful lake. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the onsen is clean and inviting. The hotel provides bicycles for free which makes exploring the area easy, and breakfast is exceptional.

We stayed at a hotel located beside a lovely lake, which was a unique experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the onsen was a highlight of our stay. Our spacious room with futons was comfortable and authentic. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations, especially the 7-course dinner.

The language barrier was an issue and we didn't receive responses to our emails prior to our visit, which caused confusion and inconvenience.

Spent New Year’s at a hotel near a beautiful lake. the onsen experience was amazing and helped relax my mind and body. They offered a free shuttle service from the nearby train station which was really helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary bikes that the hotel had available which made exploring the area a lot more fun.

There wasn't much to do around the area, and the convenience store was really far away. the staff spoke little to no English which made it hard to communicate or ask questions.
